Accounting Lead

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Lead to manage financial records, maintain accounting accuracy, and support the organization’s financial operations. The successful candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent QuickBooks proficiency, and the ability to produce accurate financial reports while ensuring the integrity of financial data.

Salary: $10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
• Manage the Chart of Accounts (COA) and ensure proper account classifications.
• Perform accurate and reliable data entry using QuickBooks.
• Oversee accounts receivable and maintain effective credit control.
• Manage the integration of inventory, purchase orders (POs), inventory adjustments, and inventory aging within the accounting system.
• Prepare cash flow statements by date and by project.
• Apply and maintain accounting practices in accordance with both cash and accrual accounting principles.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of the Chart of Accounts (COA).
• Proven experience in accounts receivable management and financial controls.
• Experience with inventory accounting, purchase orders, and inventory reconciliations.
• Ability to generate and analyze cash flow reports.
• Sound understanding of cash and accrual accounting methods.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
