Sales Analyst

We are looking for a Sales Analyst, Caribbean Region to support the Caribbean region, combining data-driven commercial analysis (60%) with direct distributor account management (40%).

Employment Type: Renewable Contract
Budgeted Salary: $15,664.00 (negotiation maybe considered)
Location: Hybrid

This role plays a critical part in driving business performance across distributor markets by delivering actionable insights, sales visibility, and operational execution, while also managing key distributor relationships to ensure alignment with commercial priorities.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating data into clear business recommendations, while confidently engaging with external partners.


Key Responsibilities:-

Sales Analysis & Reporting (60%)

  • Develop and maintain sales performance reports across Caribbean markets (sell-in / sell-out, volume, revenue, trade investment).
  • Provide weekly and monthly business insights to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Support forecasting and demand planning processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Track and analyze pricing, promotions, and trade investment effectiveness.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and simplification of reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready summaries for decision-making.

Markets/ Distributor Account Management (40%)

  • Act as a point of contact for selected distributor partners across the Caribbean region.
  • Support execution of commercial plans, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with regional sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify and address operational or commercial gaps in collaboration with distributors.
  • Build strong relationships to drive accountability, transparency, and business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Analysis, Commercial Finance, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with distributor-based business models is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
