Receptionist/ Front Desk
Job Summary
We are currently seeking to build a pool of highly professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionists / Front Desk personnel for upcoming opportunities across a range of industries and locations.
These roles typically serve as the first point of contact for organizations and require individuals who demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong business etiquette, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently and discreetly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
- Manage appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support to internal teams as required
- Maintain records, filing systems, and basic office documentation
- Uphold the company’s image through appropriate dress, demeanor, and communication
- Demonstrate strong business etiquette and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Ensure all interactions reflect a high level of customer service and professionalism
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
