Data Entry Clerk
Job Summary
We are currently seeking to build a pool of detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerks for upcoming opportunities across a range of industries.
These roles require individuals with strong accuracy, speed, and attention to detail, who are capable of handling large volumes of data while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry
- Review and correct data discrepancies as required
- Process documents, forms, and records in a timely manner
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing system
- Retrieve and compile data for reports and internal use
- Assist with general administrative duties as required
- Support team members with data-related tasks and documentation
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
- Follow established procedures and data management standards
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy (speed is an asset)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
