Administrative Assistant
Our client in the Oil & Gas Sector is seeking to employ an Administrative Assistant for a period of three (3) months for their Port of Spain office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management or teams
- Prepare reports, presentations, purchase orders, and other documents as required
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff
- Ensure the office environment is organized and operating efficiently
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible working hours as and when required
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
