Production Worker

Our client is is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Worker .

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Dress Code:

• Business casual: collared shirt, no jeans.
• Saturdays: jeans (not ripped) and a tasteful t-shirt are allowed.

Compensation:

• $6,000 per month

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory checks and properly store raw materials and packaging.
• Weighing and Compounding: Accurately weigh and compound raw materials following the Managing Director’s instructions, ensuring compliance with TMMCL Food Safety and HSE guidelines.
• Sanitation and Cleaning: Clean and sanitize the warehouse, production area, and equipment in accordance with the TMMCL Sanitation Policy.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining production equipment under the supervision of the Manager – Technical Services and Technical Director.
• Food Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all food safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Consistently follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines to promote a safe and orderly workspace.
• Organization and Storage: Organize and store raw materials and packaging in compliance with TMMCL Food Safety GMP requirements.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks as directed by company management.

Note: This position requires availability to work on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
