Location: Tunapuna
Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Weekend work may be required during stock counts and other operational requirements.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packing, and loading inventory. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining an efficient, organized, and safe warehouse environment while ensuring products are handled accurately and customer requirements are met.

This position is ideal for an energetic and dependable individual who is willing to learn, works well with others, and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for collection or delivery.
• Load and unload products safely using proper lifting techniques and required safety equipment.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock control activities.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure efficiency and accessibility.
• Ensure products are handled, stored, and transported safely.
• Assist with the movement and distribution of inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely following training and company procedures.
• Assist internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Manual Driver’s Permit.
• Ability to lift and move products, materials, and boxes safely.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attendance record and punctuality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or industrial environment would be an asset.
• Forklift certification would be an advantage; however, training will be provided.
• Experience handling inventory and stock-related activities would be beneficial.
