Sales Executive
Our client, in the IT Sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team.

Location: Guyana
Salary: $220,000.00GYD
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the organization’s products and services, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for technology-based solutions, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell the company’s products and services to existing and prospective clients across various market segments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with assigned objectives.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the products and solutions within the assigned portfolio.
- Gain knowledge of complementary products and solutions offered by the organization.
- Stay informed of technological advancements and industry trends relevant to the business and competitors.
- Conduct telemarketing activities, customer care initiatives, and revenue-generating campaigns.
- Meet with clients professionally and represent the organization with a polished appearance.
- Follow up on leads and referrals generated through marketing and field activities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender responses.
- Maintain and update customer account profiles and sales records.
- Develop and maintain sales support materials and product knowledge resources.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and forecasting reports.
- Participate in seminars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments when required.
- Keep management informed of significant developments, challenges, and opportunities.
- Attend departmental and organizational meetings as required.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work environment.
- Support special projects and undertake other duties as assigned.

- Ensure timely submission of customer quotations in accordance with service standards.

Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other relevant applications.
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in sales within the Information Technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions would be an asset.
