Executive Assistant Resource
SCOPE OF SERVICES
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT RESOURCE
• Provide executive and administrative support to the Office of the Deputy CEO, including calendar management, scheduling of appointments and meetings, and coordination of travel and office logistics.
• Prepare, review, format, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials, agendas, meeting packs, minutes, and follow-up action items.
• Screen, prioritize, and manage calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring the confidential handling of sensitive information at all times.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Office and support effective communication and coordination.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, monitor workflows, deadlines, priority tasks, and track executive initiatives, projects, and assigned actions.
• Compile information and support the preparation of executive reports and updates, provide relief administrative support, assist with special projects, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
