This role is instrumental in creating marketing plans that resonate locally by leveraging insights into consumer behaviors and trade dynamics. <\/p>\n<p>By aligning consumer-facing campaigns with trade initiatives, the National Marketing Manager ensures seamless execution of brand strategies across all channels, strengthening the company\u2019s market presence and fostering long-term partnerships with trade stakeholders. <\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities <\/p>\n<p>Consumer Marketing: <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop and execute consumer-focused marketing plans informed by local insights, demographics, and psychographics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ideate and implement impactful beverage initiatives and consumer activations at both national and community levels.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with category managers and social media teams to design brand campaigns that meet global brand standards while addressing local market needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage the execution of product launches, seasonal promotions, and community events to enhance consumer engagement.  <\/p>\n<p>Trade Marketing: <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop and implement account-level plans focusing on merchandising, promotions, and space allocation in retail outlets to achieve , \u2018LOS\u2019, and brand objectives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Work closely with trade partners to execute promotional activities and ensure optimal product placement and visibility in stores.<br \/>\n\u2022 Analyze trade marketing performance to optimize resource allocation and improve ROI on trade-focused initiatives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage budgets and resources for trade programs, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.  <\/p>\n<p>Integration of Consumer and Trade Strategies: <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Act as a bridge between consumer marketing and trade teams, ensuring a unified approach across all marketing touchpoints.<br \/>\n\u2022 Align trade promotions with consumer campaigns to drive brand awareness, trial, and loyalty.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor and report the performance of marketing activities to refine strategies and improve outcomes.  <\/p>\n<p>Collaboration and Communication: <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Communicate regional and global brand goals effectively to local teams and stakeholders.<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with store managers and trade partners to align marketing plans with business needs and market demands.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide regular updates to the regional marketing team on local market trends, opportunities, and challenges.   <\/p>\n<p>Required Knowledge and Skills <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and trade marketing principles.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and market trends.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively while ensuring cost efficiency.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.  <\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in both consumer and trade marketing.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in FMCG or the beverage industry is an asset.<br \/>\n\u2022 Management training or additional certifications in marketing would be an
