Warehouse Attendant

The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through the receipt, storage, handling, inventory control, and dispatch of goods and materials while maintaining safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials. Store products appropriately and maintain organized warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch. Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliations. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Load and unload deliveries safely. Operate warehouse equipment where authorized. Maintain cleanliness and organization within warehouse facilities. Assist with material handling and storage activities. Complete receiving, dispatch, and inventory documentation. Update inventory systems and warehouse records. Maintain accurate stock movement records. Adhere to warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Report hazards and unsafe conditions immediately. Participate in safety meetings and training programs.

Qualifications & Experience

Secondary School Diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or storekeeping experience. Experience within Oil & Gas, Logistics, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Construction environments would be advantageous. Ref: CM
