Job Summary

We are actively building a pool of talented and motivated Sales Representatives for future opportunities across Suriname.

This is an opportunity for sales professionals to register their interest and become part of our growing talent database for upcoming opportunities across a variety of sectors.

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings. Promote company products and services to existing and prospective customers. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain regular contact with clients to support retention and customer satisfaction. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Identify emerging business opportunities and customer requirements. Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer needs. Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports. Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and industry trends. Stay informed about company offerings and competitive advantages. Participate in product training and professional development initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

Certificate, Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, account management, or a related role. Experience within FMCG, Insurance, Banking, Telecommunications, Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, Oil & Gas Services, or Business Services are all welcomed as we are building seperate pools based on industry experience REF: CM
