Administrative Assistant
Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, clerical, and operational support to management and business units to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and departments. Prepare, format, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documents. Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements where required. Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documentation. Assist in coordinating daily office operations and administrative activities. Monitor and order office supplies and maintain inventory records. Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and vendor communications. Support onboarding activities and administrative processes for new employees. Serve as a point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders. Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally. Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting logistics. Prepare meeting agendas and assist with meeting minutes where required. Capture, update, and maintain accurate information within company systems and databases. Generate reports and provide administrative data support as requested. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Assist with project coordination and departmental administrative requirements. Support procurement, finance, HR, and operational teams with administrative tasks. Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 1–3 years of administrative, office support, or clerical experience. Experience within corporate, professional services, logistics, hospitality, financial services, or energy sectors would be an asset. Ref: CM
