Working Hours:<\/strong> Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.<\/span>

About the Role<\/span><\/h3>\n

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the organization’s products and services, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for technology-based solutions, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within the IT industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n

  • Present and sell the company’s products and services to existing and prospective clients across various market segments.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with assigned objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the products and solutions within the assigned portfolio.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Gain knowledge of complementary products and solutions offered by the organization.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Stay informed of technological advancements and industry trends relevant to the business and competitors.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conduct telemarketing activities, customer care initiatives, and revenue-generating campaigns.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Meet with clients professionally and represent the organization with a polished appearance.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Follow up on leads and referrals generated through marketing and field activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender responses.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain and update customer account profiles and sales records.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain sales support materials and product knowledge resources.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and forecasting reports.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Participate in seminars, trade shows, and other marketing events.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Follow up on outstanding customer payments when required.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Keep management informed of significant developments, challenges, and opportunities.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Attend departmental and organizational meetings as required.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work environment.<\/span><\/li>\n

                  Qualifications and Experience<\/span><\/h3>\n

                  Education<\/span><\/h4>\n

                  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing<\/strong>, or a related discipline.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite<\/strong>, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other relevant applications.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Experience<\/span><\/h4>\n
                      \n
                    • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience<\/strong> in sales within the Information Technology industry<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions would be an asset.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
