Job Purpose<\/span><\/h2>\n
The Supervisor manages and coordinates the activities of the office to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n
\n
\n
Strategic Planning:<\/strong> Work with Management to develop and implement the office’s strategic plan and budget.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\n
Operations Management:<\/strong> Oversee administrative and operational teams, including vehicle maintenance and insurance matters.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\n
Auditing:<\/strong> Identify gaps, recommend corrective action, training, or disciplinary measures.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\n
Staff Development:<\/strong> Manage, coach, mentor, and appraise subordinates.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\n
Compliance:<\/strong> Ensure adherence to HSSE standards and client requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\n
Other Duties:<\/strong> Perform assignments as directed by management.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/span><\/h2>\n
\n
\n
Education:<\/strong> Degree in Business Management (or related field) with 3 years’ experience; or Associate’s Degree plus 5 years’ experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\n
Skills:<\/strong> Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, web-based systems), knowledge of automotive industry, HR, marketing, accounting, finance.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\n
