The role ensures efficient, accurate and compliant service delivery in accordance with company SOPs and quality standards.<br \/>The Visa and Client Coordinator operate within the Outbound and Business Services Division.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Responsible For<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Client onboarding and document collection across outbound and business service lines<\/p>\n<p>Document collection, application preparation and registrations across service lines<\/p>\n<p>Supporting accurate and timely service delivery<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Roles and Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking outbound visa, passport, business registration, and related services<\/p>\n<p>Guide clients on requirements, processes, timelines, and documentation for:<\/p>\n<p>Outbound visa and immigration applications<\/p>\n<p>Passport applications and renewals<\/p>\n<p>Vital records (e.g., birth, marriage, death certificates)<\/p>\n<p>Business registration, TIN, NIS, VAT, and licensing<\/p>\n<p>Collect, review, and organize client documents to ensure completeness and accuracy<\/p>\n<p>Assist clients in completing application forms and required documentation<\/p>\n<p>Ensure all required supporting documents are obtained and properly prepared prior to submission<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate with clients to resolve missing, incomplete, or incorrect information<\/p>\n<p>Maintain accurate client records and update internal databases and tracking systems<\/p>\n<p>Track application and registration status and provide timely updates to clients<\/p>\n<p>Liaise with relevant authorities and internal teams, as directed<\/p>\n<p>Support small business clients with basic administrative and compliance guidance<\/p>\n<p>Ensure all activities comply with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards<\/p>\n<p>Escalate complex cases, discrepancies, or risks to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner<\/p>\n<p>Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Minimum Qualification Requirements <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Associate degree or post-secondary qualification in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)<\/p>\n<p>Minimum 1&#8211;2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, visa processing, or business services<\/p>\n<p>Basic understanding of documentation and compliance processes related to visas, passports, or business registration (preferred)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Skills and Competencies<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n<p>Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy<\/p>\n<p>Good organizational and time-management skills<\/p>\n<p>Ability to manage multiple clients, applications, and service lines simultaneously<\/p>\n<p>Problem-solving and coordination ability<\/p>\n<p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)<\/p>\n<p>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Preferred (Not Required)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Experience with visa application portals or immigration systems<\/p>\n<p>Familiarity with government processes in Guyana (e.g., passport office, GRA, NIS, Deeds Registry)<\/p>\n<p>Experience supporting small business or administrative compliance services<\/p>\n<p>Previous experience in a client-facing or service-oriented
