Sales<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"877\">a) Develop and manage sales budgets with full accountability.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"1014\">b) Develop and maintain direct relationships with trade customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other industry specifiers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1097\">c) Prepare an annual Sales Plan with quarterly reviews, updates, and revisions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1188\">d) Evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies by analysing methods, costs, and results.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1288\">e) Oversee preparation and delivery of sales materials, exhibitions, and promotional programmes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1433\">f) Develop and implement sales strategies and activities to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets while remaining within budget.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1532\">g) Establish annual and monthly sales objectives aligned with the organisation&#8217;s business plan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1674\">h) Collaborate with trade teams, specifier teams, and specialised product divisions to establish market and customer targeting strategies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"1770\">i) Ensure sales team members develop and maintain Sales Action Plans using approved formats.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1878\">j) Hold sales team members accountable for achieving targets and completing strategic sales initiatives.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"1993\">k) Provide coaching and guidance to improve sales performance and support achievement of quotas and objectives.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1995\" data-end=\"2085\">l) Support sales and operations planning processes, particularly forecasting activities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2087\" data-end=\"2235\">m) Implement and monitor appropriate sales metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with internal and external customer requirements.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2237\" data-end=\"2397\">n) Analyse store and sales representative performance by reviewing expenses, profitability, and operational efficiency and implement adjustments where required.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2402\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2433\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong data-start=\"2408\" data-end=\"2433\">2. Customer Relations<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2435\" data-end=\"2517\">a) Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality are maintained.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2519\" data-end=\"2604\">b) Respond to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2606\" data-end=\"2705\">c) Organise and support promotional events, product displays, and customer engagement activities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2707\" data-end=\"2810\">d) Ensure appropriate pricing structures are applied across product categories and customer segments.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"2942\">e) Conduct regular site visits to engage with staff and customers and identify operational or service improvement opportunities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2944\" data-end=\"3028\">f) Ensure sales teams actively promote add-on sales and cross-selling opportunities.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3030\" data-end=\"3033\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3035\" data-end=\"3073\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong data-start=\"3039\" data-end=\"3073\">3. Marketing and Merchandising<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3075\" data-end=\"3163\">a) Prepare for and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3165\" data-end=\"3258\">b) Represent the organisation at community and business events to increase brand awareness.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3260\" data-end=\"3390\">c) Support development of marketing communications, promotions, packaging, point-of-sale materials, and sales support resources.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3392\" data-end=\"3453\">d) Ensure visibility and promotion of key branded products.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3455\" data-end=\"3556\">e) Evaluate sponsorship and promotional investments to ensure measurable return and brand exposure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3558\" data-end=\"3671\">f) Approve or recommend sponsorships and promotional initiatives in accordance with delegated authority limits.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3673\" data-end=\"3789\">g) Recommend promotional strategies to regional sales and marketing leadership and implement approved initiatives.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3791\" data-end=\"3865\">h) Suggest local marketing promotions targeting various customer segments.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3867\" data-end=\"3870\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3872\" data-end=\"3900\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong data-start=\"3876\" data-end=\"3900\">4. People Management<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3902\" data-end=\"4059\">a) Plan and conduct team meetings to ensure compliance with operational practices, implementation of policies, and communication of organisational updates.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4061\" data-end=\"4188\">b) Monitor performance of direct and indirect reports to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and performance standards.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4190\" data-end=\"4289\">c) Manage and motivate staff to maintain productivity, efficiency, and positive workplace morale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4291\" data-end=\"4438\">d) Conduct performance appraisals in accordance with organisational procedures, ensuring ongoing performance development and succession planning.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4440\" data-end=\"4574\">e) Cascade annual Management by Objectives (MBOs) to direct reports using SMART principles and in alignment with Board requirements.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4576\" data-end=\"4661\">f) Implement productivity and quality performance metrics and incentive programmes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4663\" data-end=\"4780\">g) Design and implement performance measurement models to support Management or a related field with at least three (3) to four (4) years of experience in sales management, preferably within the paint, coatings, or related manufacturing or distribution
