Job Duties & Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Collaborate with our machine shop team to develop and improve drilling tools and equipment as per<\/li>\n
customer request.<\/li>\n
Conduct engineering analysis, calculations and simulations to optimize product performance.<\/li>\n
Oversee product testing and quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards<\/li>\n
and customer requirements.<\/li>\n
Supervise and support the threading process, ensuring precision and quality in threading of drill strings<\/li>\n
and downhole tools.<\/li>\n
Implement and maintain threading best practices to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.<\/li>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve threading-related issues as they arise.<\/li>\n
Provide technical support for the maintenance, repair and servicing of oilfield equipment.<\/li>\n
Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate<\/li>\n
solutions.<\/li>\n
Collaborate with field technicians to ensure safe and efficient field service operations.<\/li>\n
Manage the rental inventory of drill strings and downhole tools.<\/li>\n
Coordinate logistics including inventory tracking, maintenance and timely delivery to customers.<\/li>\n
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer demands.<\/li>\n
Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.<\/li>\n
Implement and promote a strong safety culture within the organization.<\/li>\n
Participate in safety audits, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering. Petroleum Engineering or a related field.<\/li>\n
At least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Knowledge & Skills<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
Previous experience in the oil and gas, with a focus on drilling tools and equipment preferred.<\/li>\n
Strong technical skills in engineering analysis, product design and manufacturing processes.<\/li>\n
Knowledge of threading techniques and equipment used in machine shop operations.<\/li>\n
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.<\/li>\n
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n
Knowledge of oil and gas industry standards and regulations.<\/li>\n
Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
