Job Summary

Cleaning personnel is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment. This role ensures that all living spaces including guest areas, private rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms—are kept hygienic and orderly. The position involves daily cleaning routines, laundry management, and upkeep of household supplies. The staff member must uphold privacy and confidentiality standards while providing reliable support for household events or functions.<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.<\/li>\n
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.<\/li>\n
- Organize household items, furniture, and décor to maintain a neat environment.<\/li>\n
- Wash, dry, iron, and fold clothing, linens, and household fabrics.<\/li>\n
- Maintain inventory of clean linens and ensure timely replacement.<\/li>\n
- Monitor and restock cleaning materials, toiletries, and household supplies.<\/li>\n
- Report shortages or damages to the property owner.<\/li>\n
- Notify management of any damages, repairs, or maintenance needs.<\/li>\n
- Assist with minor household tasks to support smooth operations.<\/li>\n
- Prepare and tidy spaces for household events, gatherings, or official functions.<\/li>\n
- Provide discreet and professional assistance during guest visits.<\/li>\n
- Respect household privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding residents and visitors.<\/li>\n
- Conduct duties with professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Skills & Qualifications
<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<\/li>\n
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.<\/li>\n
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safe chemical use.<\/li>\n
- Reliability, discretion, and a professional demeanor.<\/li>\n
- Prior experience in housekeeping or residential cleaning preferred.
