  • Meet and exceed the sales goals established by the Branch Manager.<\/li>\n
  • Follow the outlined sales procedures and guidelines with diligence.<\/li>\n
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering long-lasting relationships with clients.<\/li>\n
  • Work in tandem with other divisions to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operational effectiveness.<\/li>\n
  • Showcase the Company’s products and services to our customer base, striving to meet sales budgets and cultivate profitable business with both new and existing clients, measured by:<\/li>\n

    • Monthly contract sales budget<\/li>\n
    • Monthly product sales budget<\/li>\n
    • Monthly job sales budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    • The ideal sales strategy for hitting targets includes:<\/li>\n
        \n
      • 6 confirmed customer appointments each day<\/li>\n
      • 8 prospect calls per day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      • Weekly reviews of forward planning and current activities, with daily reporting required.<\/li>\n
      • Daily use of the activity tracking tool is mandatory.<\/li>\n
      • Identify and assess new business ventures by bringing in profitable new customers, while also upselling to enhance value for existing clients.<\/li>\n
      • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on technological advancements.<\/li>\n
      • Observe competitor and market trends, sharing significant changes with management and staying informed through personal interactions with customers and participation in industry events, seminars, and trade shows.<\/li>\n
      • Conduct business negotiations with a focus on safeguarding the company’s profitability.<\/li>\n
      • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to craft effective sales plans and strategies, leveraging available marketing resources to reach targeted customers.<\/li>\n
      • Ensure daily sales activities align with KPIs and are reported through the SOLO tracking tool.<\/li>\n
      • Provide precise and thorough quotations using the “Speed Reporter.”<\/li>\n
      • Secure sales using designated company pricing tools and price lists, ensuring all orders are accurately processed with the required information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
