Our client is currently seeking a Production Technician (offshore) for a four (4) months contract. <\/p>\n

Job Summary<\/p>\n

<\/strong>The Production Technician is responsible for operating plant process and utility systems effectively and safety, as well as facilitating routine maintenance by isolations and reinstatement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Job Duties
<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\n
Ensure that Operations and Maintenance Contractor and local regulatory compliance is met in all aspects of work.<\/span><\/li>\n
Start up, Operate, Monitor and Shut Down Process and Utility systems.<\/span><\/li>\n
Monitor, maintain and optimize process parameters (Level, flow, temperature, pressure etc) within operating requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
Work to O&M Contractor Management System policies and procedures in particular Isolation Standards, and Permit to Work.<\/span><\/li>\n
Carry out all operations in safe and environmentally sound manner.<\/span><\/li>\n
Facilitate maintenance operations by applying\/removing isolations as required.<\/span><\/li>\n
Operation under PTW system, Toolbox Talk and Risk Assessments.<\/span><\/li>\n
Carry out Emergency Response Role.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Job Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
\n
Proven experience and\/or qualified to N\/SVQ Hydrocarbon Processing Level 2 or similar qualification level from country of origin.<\/span><\/li>\n
3 years’ experience of hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities.<\/span><\/li>\n
Knowledge of ESD F&G and DCS operation.<\/span><\/li>\n
Good understanding of Permit to Work, Mechanical Isolation Standards and Risk Assessment<\/span><\/li>\n
Medically fit to offshore International standards such as ENG1 or equivalent
<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
