Job Summary:<\/strong> A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the management and flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\n
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations<\/span><\/li>\n
Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively<\/span><\/li>\n
Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures<\/span><\/li>\n
Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements<\/span><\/li>\n
Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs<\/span><\/li>\n
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction<\/span><\/li>\n
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements<\/span><\/li>\n
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.<\/span><\/li>\n
Prepare accurate reports for upper management<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
\n
Proven experience as logistics coordinator<\/span><\/li>\n
Experience in customer service will be appreciated<\/span><\/li>\n
Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements<\/span><\/li>\n
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes<\/span><\/li>\n
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)<\/span><\/li>\n
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities<\/span><\/li>\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>\n
BSc\/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
