Supervises: Office Coordinator, RSAs, MVOs, and other assigned staff
Job Purpose
The Supervisor manages and coordinates the activities of the office to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
-
Strategic Planning: Work with Management to develop and implement the office’s strategic plan and budget.

Operations Management: Oversee administrative and operational teams, including vehicle maintenance and insurance matters.

Auditing: Identify gaps, recommend corrective action, training, or disciplinary measures.
-
Staff Development: Manage, coach, mentor, and appraise subordinates.
-
Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSSE standards and client requirements.
-
Other Duties: Perform assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Education: Degree in Business Management (or related field) with 3 years’ experience; or Associate’s Degree plus 5 years’ experience.
-
Skills: Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, web-based systems), knowledge of automotive industry, HR, marketing, accounting, finance.

Other Requirements:

Customer service experience (asset)

HSSE knowledge (asset)
-
Valid driving permit (3+ years)

Ability to drive manual transmission (asset)

Police reference updated every 6 months
