Executive Assistant
Summary
The Client is seeking a highly organized, professional and discreet Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain strict confidentiality and ensure the efficient functioning of the CEO’s office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Assist with special projects and follow-up on action items as directed by the CEO.
- Organize and maintain office systems, files, and records for the CEO’s office.
- Support executive communications and ensure timely responses to inquiries
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
