We are currently seeking to build a pool of dynamic and results-driven Marketing Managers for upcoming opportunities across Barbados. <\/p>\n
These roles will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across sectors such as tourism and hospitality, financial services, retail, and corporate organizations. <\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership, with the ability to manage campaigns, teams, and stakeholder relationships effectively.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities <\/p>\n
\u2022 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
\n\u2022 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns and positioning
\n\u2022 Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI)
\n\u2022 Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all platforms
\n\u2022 Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, and traditional media)
\n\u2022 Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns effectively
\n\u2022 Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, and website content
\n\u2022 Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
\n\u2022 Drive online engagement and lead generation strategies
\n\u2022 Lead and mentor marketing team members where applicable
\n\u2022 Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
\n\u2022 Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners <\/p>\n
Requirements & Qualifications <\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
\n\u2022 Minimum of 4\u20136 years\u2019 experience in a marketing role, including supervisory experience
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
\n\u2022 Experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets
