Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are currently seeking to build a pool of dynamic and results-driven Marketing Managers for upcoming opportunities across Barbados.

These roles will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across sectors such as tourism and hospitality, financial services, retail, and corporate organizations.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership, with the ability to manage campaigns, teams, and stakeholder relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns and positioning
• Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI)
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all platforms
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, and traditional media)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns effectively
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, and website content
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
• Drive online engagement and lead generation strategies
• Lead and mentor marketing team members where applicable
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in a marketing role, including supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
